The dashboard is the central hub for monitoring and analyzing your business performance within Wind Solutions. It provides a comprehensive view of key metrics, such as opportunities, revenue, and conversion rates, allowing you to track progress and make informed decisions. With its intuitive design, the dashboard enables you to quickly assess the health of your pipelines and analyze the effectiveness of your marketing and sales efforts. You have the total ability of customization, even embed custom Widgets with data outside of our Platform. This article provides a detailed walkthrough of the dashboard, explaining each section and how to utilize its features for maximum efficiency.

The Default Dashboard holds the following Widgets and Information. Please note that some of these Widgets hold Information from Features of the SaaS Websites & Automations Plan or SaaS Professional Plan and are possibly not available for your Subscription.
Opportunity Status Widget
This widget provides a snapshot of your current opportunities within the sales pipeline. It categorizes opportunities into statuses like "Open," "Won," and "Lost." Use this widget to quickly assess the number of active deals in progress, successfully closed deals, or lost opportunities. The color-coded representation ensures an easy visual summary, helping you stay on top of your sales performance.

Opportunity Value Widget
Displaying the total monetary value of all your opportunities, this widget helps you monitor the revenue potential within your sales pipeline. It breaks down the value across "Open," "Won," and "Lost" deals, offering insights into your team's sales effectiveness. Utilize this data to understand which segments drive your business revenue and adjust strategies accordingly.

Conversion Rate Widget
This widget highlights the percentage of leads converted into customers, calculated over the selected time period. Below the percentage, you'll find the total revenue generated from these conversions. Use this widget to gauge your team's ability to turn prospects into paying customers, identifying areas of improvement for maximizing growth.

Funnel Widget
The Funnel Widget provides a detailed view of the sales journey, from "New Lead" to "Won." Each stage includes the number of deals and their cumulative monetary value. Additionally, the "Next Step Conversion" column indicates the likelihood of progressing leads through the pipeline. This widget is a powerful tool to pinpoint stages where prospects drop off, enabling targeted optimizations.

Stage Distribution Widget
This widget displays a breakdown of opportunities across different pipeline stages. It shows the volume and value of deals at each stage, providing a holistic view of your pipeline health. Use this visualization to identify bottlenecks or stages requiring extra attention.

Tasks Widget
The Tasks Widget lists pending tasks assigned to team members, categorized by due dates and completion status. This feature ensures accountability and helps prioritize activities. By reviewing this widget, you can track progress on tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.

Manual Actions Widget
This widget tracks the number of manual tasks awaiting action, such as calls, SMS, or other follow-ups. It is designed to streamline operational workflows, reminding users to take timely actions to maintain engagement and communication efficiency.

Lead Source Report Widget
The Lead Source Report provides insights into the origin of your leads. It includes metrics like total leads, total values, and their respective outcomes (e.g., Won, Lost, or Abandoned). Use this widget to evaluate the effectiveness of different lead generation channels and allocate resources efficiently.

Google Analytics Report Widget
This widget integrates Google Analytics data to present metrics like total visitors, page views, and traffic sources. It gives a quick overview of your website's performance, helping you identify trends and optimize your online presence. (You won't see any Data in the following Image since this is a test account)

Google Business Profile Widget
The Google Business Profile Widget summarizes metrics like total views, conversations, bookings, and website visits for your Google Business listing. This data helps evaluate customer interactions and enhance your local business strategy. (You won't see any Data in the following Image since this is a test account)

Facebook Ads Report Widget
The Facebook Ads Report widget provides a comprehensive overview of your Facebook advertising performance. It displays key metrics such as Total Clicks, Total Spent, Cost Per Click (CPC), and Click-Through Rate (CTR). These insights help you evaluate the efficiency of your campaigns. For example, a high CTR paired with a low CPC indicates an effective campaign. Keep track of how your investment translates into engagement and identify areas for optimization. Google Ads Report Widget

The Sales Efficiency widget evaluates your team's sales effectiveness by showing Average Sales Duration, Total Sale Value, and Sales Velocity. It’s a powerful tool for understanding how quickly and efficiently your team closes deals. For instance, a shorter sales duration and higher velocity indicate streamlined processes. Create and manage new Dashboards
Click the blue Dashboard button in the upper left corner of the Dashboard to create and add a new Dashboard or switch between your Dashboards.

Use the “+ Add Dashboard” button to choose from the following options:

As you can see you can either create a Blank Dashboard, create a Dashboard from our Template Library or clone a existing Dashboard from your own.
In this example we will choose a Dashboard from the Template Library - click the “Select” button and choose a Template.

As you can see in the following image, we now have two Dashboards in the “My Dashboards” List, where we can switch between them. (You won't see any Data in the following image, since we are using a test account here)

You also have the option to “clone” and "Manage Dashboard Timezones" and more by navigating to the Button in the upper right corner (the three dots icon).

Change your Default Dashboard

In the beginning there already is a Default/Standard Dashboard which is already existing and is set as your “Default” Dashboard, which is shown in the Dashboard feature.

You can change your Default Dashboard by selecting the Dashboard you want to have as Default and navigating to the “three dot Icon button” in the upper right corner. Press the “Set as default dashboard” Button to select the current Dashboard as Default. Confirm that you want to change your Default Dashboard and you are done.

Pin your favourite Dashboards
Pin your favourite Dashboards
You have the option to pin your Dashboards to the top of the “My Dashboards” List by clicking the pin icon of the Dashboards you want at the top of the list.

Change the time Period for the Dashboard Analytics
Change the time period for the Dashboard Analytics
By clicking on the Calendar (StartDate/EndDate) you can select the time period you want to analyze. As you can see in the image below you choose the pre defined options such as “This Week”, “This Month” and “This Year” or select your userdefined start Date and end Date in the Calendar.

Customizing Dashboards
Customize your Dashboards by navigating to the “Edit” Button in the upper right corner and by that switching to the Edit Mode.

As you can see in the image below when in Edit Mode you can rename the Dashboard in the upper left corner (orange in the image), edit or Delete Widgets by clicking the “three dots icon” of a widget (yellow in the image), Add Widgets by clicking on the button “+ Add Widget” in the upper right corner (gray in the image) and finally Cancel or Save your Changes also in the upper right corner (pink in the image). There is also Drag and Drop activated in Edit Mode, so you can rearrange the widgets as you wish.

By clicking on the “+ Add Widget” Button a Window open on the right side of the screen. Here you can switch between “Widgets", “Elements” and “Themes”.

You can choose from many different sorts of Widgets, for example when selecting the “Appointment Count” Widget. We can customize the Title, Date range, add conditions and much more.

When navigating to the “Elements” Tab we can add external widgets, google sheets, youtube videos, Images or simple Title and Text Boxes. With the “Embed” Widget you have full customize optionality to add your own Data/Widgets so you can stay up to date even with your own datasources.

In the “Themes” Tab you have the option of choosing another Theme for your Dashboards, even a customizable userdefined option is available.

Manage Dashboard Permissions
Manage your Dashboard Permissions by navigating to the “three dots icon” in the upper right corner and click the “Manage Permissions” button.

Here you have the option the set the current Dashboard as a “Private Dashboard” so only you can see it, and you can set Permissions for Account Admins and Account Users as you can see in the image below.
